課程概述與目標: 本課程在介紹基礎的管理概念與理論,包括規畫、組織、領導、控制等管理功能,以及整合性的管理議題,如組織文化與環境、全球環境、創新與變革等等,使學習者瞭解當代企業經營管理的本質與整體的概念。 This class provides the fundamental management knowledge from planning, organization, leading to controlling. 課程目標: (1) 有系統地瞭解規劃、組織、領導、控制的管理程序。 (2) 應用:藉助個案研討、實做調查、閱讀與寫作,讓同學學習對於特定狀況的分析能力。 In this course, we will investigate basic management topics from planning, organization, leading to controlling. At the end of the semester, the student will be able to describe: * the fundamental aspects of business enterprise * the main theories in business management * the elements of business activities * the major issues in this field

(1) 學期作業、考試、評量 ()  作業及缺席:20% (評分內容:課堂表現佔10% + 出席佔10%:全勤10分,每缺席一次扣1 分,兩次遲到或早退算一次缺席)。  學期考試 :60%期末考(期末考 20%; 二次期中考各20%(考試範圍:每次4章,以選擇、是非、填充為主。)  學期分組報告:20%(評分內容:口頭報告佔:10%,紙本報告佔:10%) (2) 評量方法  期末考:20%  期中考:40% (分二次舉行,各20%)  作業、缺席:20%  學期分組報告:20% Evaluation and Grading Policy: 1.Mid-term exam 1:20% (True & False; multiple chose; fill in the blank questions) 2.Mid-term exam 2:20% (True & False; multiple chose; fill in the blank questions) 3.Final exam:20% (True & False; multiple chose; fill in the blank questions) 4.Attendence and class performance:20% (class performance 10% + attendance 10%; one point off for absence; one point off for 2 late show up) 5. Group class presentation 20% (10% for oral report and 10% for written report) 2.教學方法及教學相關配合事項(如助教、網站或圖書及資料庫等) (1) 學期考試- 由授課老師共同出題,以選擇題為主。  三班同時段考試,但分成三個地點考試(原上課教室)。 Exam questions are true & false; multiple chose; fill in the blank questions. Exams will take place in classroom. (2) 助教時間  同學可在助教時間,向值班助教請教個案、課文、講義、ppt、作業等問題,或是利用 e-campus網路教學平台問問題 (http://dcpc.nctu.edu.tw/ )。 TA office hour will announce in class.
