概述

我國高科技產業蓬勃發展對台灣經濟發展的貢獻有目共睹,高科技產業發展的確是支撐台灣經濟的重要骨幹,特別是1987年以來,我國產業結構快速改變,高科技產業的快速發展,不僅填補傳統產業外移之空隙,亦有利於確保出口競爭優勢,並帶動產品附加價值的提升。近年來更隨著國內研發能量與技術能力的提昇,高科技產業產值不斷昇高,佔國內生產毛額比例亦日益增加。台灣高科技業已從早期的單純代工模式(OEM),走向設計代工(ODM)或更進一步發展自有品牌。發展方向也從早期PC、IC至光電產業、兩兆雙星產業,乃至於BIOICT、生物科技產業、平台產業、AR/VR、元宇宙,許多產品更在國際舞台上佔有一席之地。 本課程的設計藉由分析當前台灣高科技產業的競爭策略、垂直整合與垂直分工體系、科技行銷策略分析模式、科技發明與創新、服務創新模式與設計、經營模式、行銷、財務、創業過程、創投資金、驅動企業轉型與成長的BIOICT等。除了授課外,將探討產業研究方法分析,並以多家科技公司之期刊論文與個案作為分析與研討之對象。 The objectives of this course is for students to 1. Understand the themes in the interdisciplinary studies of economics, IO, strategic management, innovation management. Through the lens of strategic management, technology management and industrial organization, students will learn to think systematically and strategically about achieving competitive advantage. 2. Examine the role of technology and innovation in shaping corporate strategy for competitive dynamics in a global environment to formulate the Technology-Innovation-Entrepreneurship frameworks. 3. Additional empirical studies are provided to explore how Asian resourceful firms compete against their counterparts in the global market. 4. Be well equipped to do research in this area. The course is taught using a combination of lectures, journal and book chapter reading, case analysis and class discussion.
