As the world has grown more digital and complex post pandemic, the range of decisions that leaders need to make has broadened, spanning from big picture strategic thinking to careful execution, to advancing technology roadmaps and upskilling and engaging employees. And decision-making criteria too have expanded, increasingly focusing on ESG considerations in addition to narrowly defined profit expectations. This forum focuses on the transformational leadership under the evolving trends post pandemic.

*Student Evaluation This course is a pass/fail setting, based on the following criteria: Attendance: This course is highly participatory. We have only 6 classes for one credit. Students need to attend every class. Group Assignments We will divide into 6 groups for group assignments. Each responsible group needs to prepare for class readings and reflections in each session. *Class Participation Since we have invited outside speakers, students may not be late for class for the basic courtesy. And the doors will be shut 10 minutes after the class starts.
