詳細概論光學光譜理論‚並介紹如何將這些理論運用於現代分子和細胞生物物理和生物化學◦內容包括分子中電子能階與轉動能階的吸收,螢光光譜的形成與運用,圓二色性的原理與應用,核磁共振原理與圖譜解析等應用◦ This course will provide fundamental concepts on optical spectroscopy which is used to study the structure and function of biological macromolecules. The goal of this course is to help students to develop a physical understanding of daily-used instruments in biophysical and biochemistry laboratories.
基礎物理、基礎化學 (General physics and chemistry) Although all the course materials are prepared in English, this course is still a Mandarin-orientated course. All the lectures will be given in Mandarin.

因應新冠疫情,本學期"生物光譜學"以Google Meet線上授課進行,線上課程連結將於E3公告。 Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the "Biospectroscopy" course will be held via Google Meet. The link for google meet will be posted on E3. 1學期作業:佔總學期30分(約3~5份) (3~5 sets of homework; 30% of the total final score) 2.考試狀況:期中考與期末考各佔佔總學期35分 (one take-home midterm and one take-home final exam; 35% of the total final score for each exam )
