本區段涵蓋範圍甚廣,主要以肌肉骨骼及風濕病學科為主軸,學習內容整合臨床學科如骨科、過敏免疫風濕科、放射線學科、神經內科、藥理學科、復健學科、核子醫學及放射腫瘤科、傷殘重建科等,有別於以往各學科獨立教學方式,將各科統整教導。學生以全人醫療為精神,打破藩籬,有系統的學習,由臨床診斷技如骨科、神經內科理學檢查,相互佐證;輔以骨骼肌肉關節之影像學檢查及其判讀,對骨骼肌肉及免風濕學上常見疾病做有系統學習,穿插同一疾病內科及外科治療之異同及後續復健治療、輔具支架使用方式做了解。將以往各科間直線式平行教學整合成交錯式平面學習,以期廣度及深度皆夠,讓學生對同一疾病有更貫性的了解,培養將來臨床上會面臨的真實情境的思考及處理觀念。This section covers a wide range of knowledge, mainly focusing on the musculoskeletal system and rheumatology. Different from the previous teaching methods, which were teaching independently, the learning objects integrate radiology, neurology, pharmacology, rehabilitation, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and disability reconstruction. Students can study systematically without barrier and take the whole-person medical car as the spirit. They learn clinical diagnosis such as orthopedics and neurologic examinations with corroboration; supplemented by image examination and interpretation, systematic learning of common diseases in musculoskeletal system and rheumatology, understanding of the similarities and differences between medical and surgical treatment of the same disease, follow-up rehabilitation treatment, and the use of assistive devices. Integrate the previous linear and parallel teaching of different subjects into staggered plane learning. Hope the breadth and depth of learning is sufficient enough that the students can have a more consistent understanding of diseases, and cultivate the thinking and treatment concepts of real situations that will be faced clinically in the future.
