概述
藉由實際操作,讓學生更易理解課本上所描述相關技術,並了解科學實驗設計的邏輯,學習正確紀錄實驗過程與結果。指導學生閱讀科學論文,提供上台講解的機會,增進學生閱讀.分析.整理文獻及口語表達能力,並藉同儕學習的方式,提升學生自發學習與自信,以期提升學生對生物相關領域的興趣。
教學方式
介紹與分子生物學相關背景知識與技術,並提供學生實際操作機會 注意! 實際上課時間待開學後討論,實驗部分預計集中於2-3個周末進行
