本課程將介紹重要之社會正義理論,人權理論,以及人權公約之內容與實踐。
1. 瞭解數種重要的社會正義觀念之內涵; 2. 了解國際人權觀念的來源和演變過程(包括正義理論、能力路徑); 3. 了解聯合國核心人權公約的落實機制和國家義務; 4. 了解經濟社會文化權利的特性; 5. 熟悉公民與政治權利公約和經濟社會文化權利公約中,與群體健康和福祉相關的條文,以及這些條文的詮釋,包括相關的一般性意見(General Comments) 和案例討論。
