女性主義生命倫理學是以女性主義觀點探究健康照護、醫療科技與健康政策等相關倫理議題的研究領域,批判與拓展主流生命倫理學的理論架構,反思個人與群體在健康照顧領域中,如何因為性別、種族、能力、階級、經濟、文化、社會的各種因素交織下,遭受各種不平等與壓迫。許多發表於國際重要醫學與教育期刊(The Lancet; Medical Education)的最新研究皆建議醫學教育應該帶入非傳統的倫理學理論,尤其是女性主義倫理學,能夠提升對於個人經驗及邊緣群體、社會結構與權力關係的覺察。本課程將系統性地介紹女性主義生命倫理學的理論特色、研究主題與分析方法,並將其應用於多元的議題研討。 每主題單元首先由教師講述背景知識引導思考,再由學生選擇有興趣的主題導讀指定閱讀文獻(第一周分配),延伸討論。負責導讀的學生必須撰寫一至兩頁的報告摘要,說明文本的主要論點、重要概念與論述邏輯,以及可供延伸討論的問題,在課堂上發給同學共同討論。每位學生於單元結束後繳交一份1500字的閱讀筆記+課後反思與評論(整學期自行選擇三個主題),並帶到課堂中與同學一起分享討論。期末繳交一份5000字的期末報告。 本課程重視扎實的文獻閱讀與深度討論,適合喜歡挑戰理論與批判思考的同學選讀。
1. 使學生瞭解女性主義生命倫理學的理論特色、主題與方法,並能應用於相關議題研討。 2. 培養學生對於健康照護相關議題之規範倫理與價值基礎的批判思考能力。 3. 透過深度閱讀與討論研究文獻,以及嚴謹的哲學思辨方式,培養學生理解、分析與論述能力。 4. 培養學生提出研究問題、發展理論架構,與撰寫學術研究論文的能力。
