概述

At present, human clinical trials using CRISPR-Cas gene editing technology have just begun, although the long-term impact of the edited gene on the human body is still unknown. Compared with traditional gene editing technology, CRISPR-Cas is easier to operate, has low species restriction, and can be widely used. It is applied to general molecular biology laboratories, and can perform multiple gene editing at the same time. It has completely changed and accelerated the biological research methods of the world, and provided a new method for the treatment of human diseases in the future.
