課程內容涵蓋: 1) 臨床研究重要組成。2) 臨床研究結果推論過程中,偏差與干擾因子之影響。3) 研究問題提出與研究對象選擇。4) 研究變項測量之效度與信度。5) 常見臨床研究設計與選擇考量。6) 樣本數計算。7) 如何精進臨床研究結果正確性。There are several major areas which will be emphasized: 1) what a clinical research is composed of and how it is operated; 2) how to come up with research questions & how to select study subjects; 3) what validity & reliability are, and how they affect a study; 4) what different study designs are commonly used in clinical researches and; 5) how study designs can be employed in clinical pharmacy researches.
課程整體目標在培養學生具備臨床研究設計重要概念與執行臨床研究基本能力。Develop students to have basic concept and abilities in designing clinical researches
30% 課堂討論與表現。35% 期中考。35% 期末考。30% class participation; 35% midterm exam; 35% final exam
