概述
本課程的目的在於以實例介紹目前在健康照顧上整合式照顧模式的特色與實施方式。將以實際案例說明智慧型整合式照顧模式的設計,開發與使用。
教學方式
1. 了解何謂整合式照顧?模式的關鍵內容? 2. 了解推行整合是照顧的價值與瓶頸 3. 透過實際案例了解整合式照顧工具的開發與使用 4. 了解健康資訊學的機會與挑戰 5. 針對自己有興趣的專題形成計畫書
