介紹健康相關問卷調查研究設計、和執行此類研究的方法, 包括講授各類研究種類、各種工具、研究問題設計、落實及量化理論假說與研究目標、選樣、信效度評估、變數設定、統計及分析方法、推論。 並介紹心理認知方法以偵測敏感或隱瞞的真實答案,及如何撰寫研究報告。
開設宗旨: 這是一堂為提昇整體人口健康品質、精進醫學學術研究水準所開的課程。 授課目的在介紹問卷調查研究設計和分析、和執行此類研究的方法、包括講授各類研究設計、各種工具、分析方法、及推論。 本課程之重要性: 此類研究實際調查的資料,將有助於提供未來人口維護健康或治療病患多方位的健康或醫療所需指標, 或協助制定與修正健保醫療政策。因此、實有必要開設專門課程、以培養學生思考和評估問題、設計和執行此類研究的能力。 Health surveys have been and will continue to be important for health care policy makers, private providers, insurers, and health care consumers concerned with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health-related programs and policies. The design and conduct of health surveys are shaped by changes in the diversity, complexity, and sensitivity of the emerging research needs, the innovative techniques and technologies that are being developed for carrying them out.
授課方式: 專題演講、案例討論 評分方式: 學期中和學期末口頭報告問卷主題,假說,變數,設計,分析和抽樣方式,結果報告或計畫進度,可使用自己工作進行的project, 論文或計畫。
