本課程設計用以提供本系大學部三年級學生探討操作治療學之各學派之理論與技巧,內容包括操作治療學之演變、發展與理論、周邊與脊椎關節鬆動術、Mulligan徒手操作治療、西式按摩治療學(包括瑞典式按摩學、深部按摩法)、肌筋膜扳機點與深層筋膜放鬆術、神經動力學等。並強調實地操作之演練,以學習手指的觸感、雙手的運用能力、及熟悉全身主要關節肌群之表面解剖構造。同時,配合適當的臨床實例進行整合治療練習,以加深臨床應用的整合觀念。 This course is designed to provide the third-year undergraduate students with the theories and techniques of various schools of thoughts in manual therapy. The course content includes the evolution, development and theory of manual therapy, peripheral and spinal joint mobilizations, Mulligan’s approaches, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial trigger point therapy, deep fascial release, and neurodynamic techniques. This course also emphasizes hands-on practice for students to sharpen the touching skills, increase the ability to use both hands together, and integrate the knowledge of surface anatomy. Clinical scenarios for applying integrated manual treatment techniques will be discussed to deepen the integration of the concepts of clinical application.
學習在修習本課程後,應具有以下能力 1.能描述操作治療學各學派之分野、意義、效用等 2.能了解四肢主要關節之解剖功能構造與生理、病理變化 3.能辨別其所觸摸之全身主要各軟組織與骨骼之部位及構造 4.能分辨各項基本操作治療技巧之適應症與禁忌 5.能描述並安全地獨自操作各項基本操作治療技巧 Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: 1.describe the distinction, meanings and effects of various schools of manual therapy 2.understand the anatomical, physiological and pathological changes of the main joints of the limbs 3.identify the body parts, distinguish the bony and soft tissue structures of the body 4.recognize the indications and contraindications of various manual treatment techniques 5.independently and safely operate various manual treatment techniques
