物理治療職涯規劃

在於協助同學探索自己的人格特質與職業興趣、探索物理治療相關之職業選項、學習如何自我表達與溝通。藉由提供學生瞭解物理治療職業生涯規劃觀念、認識專業角色之內涵,以及認知物理治療專業的廣度與深度。課程內容強調溝通、專業行為與能力、專業發展之責任。本課程並融入業師典範學習計畫,安排學生至業界觀摩物理治療師如何運用「知識」、「技能」、「態度」、「行為」在工作中,藉由此深入觀察與學習,讓學生理解專業之整合能力,提早規劃職業生涯。This course is designed to assist students in exploring their own personality traits and career interests, exploring occupational options related to physical therapy, learning how to express themselves and communicating. This course provides the student with an introduction to the career planning of physical therapy, the role of the professional in physical therapy practice, and the breadth and depth in the field of physical therapy. Course content includes communication (verbal, nonverbal, and written), professional behavior and abilities, and responsibility for professional development. Shadowing program is arranged to provide students opportunities to gain awareness of the academic, technical and personal skills required in physical therapy professions.

學生修習完本課程之後,應具備下列能力:(1)能夠描述物理治療專業的特性,尤其是物理治療與健康照護產業之關係,以及各種物理治療執業環境的特性;(2)認知物理治療專業能力發展之必要性;(3)經由課堂作業之撰寫,能表現出具有反思能力的行為;(4)於課堂之口頭報告中,表現出適當的口語、非口語、書寫之溝通能力與行為;(5)參與業師典範學習計劃,細微地觀察物理治療師如何運用知識、技能與態度做臨床處置。Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to: (1) describe the unique qualities of a professional, with emphasis placed on the healthcare setting and special emphasis placed on physical therapy settings; (2) recognize the necessity of developing professional abilities that are unique to the health care profession; (3) demonstrate appropriate affective behaviors during reflective writing assignments relative to content discussed in class; (4) demonstrate appropriate psychomotor behaviors associated with using verbal, non-verbal, and written terminology for effective professional communication during student presentations; (5) observe how a physical therapist apply knowledge, skills and behaviors essential for practicing physical therapy during the shadowing program.
