概述
本課程討論西方女性主義學者過去30年所發展,以關係理論(relational theory)取向作為健康照護與公衛倫理的理論分析架構,並聚焦於三個核心概念:關係自主(relational autonomy)、社會正義(social justice)與脆弱性(vulnerability),以及相關議題研討。藉由扎實且深入的文獻閱讀與討論,思考健康照護議題之規範倫理與價值基礎,及其相關決策過程中所涉及的關係、性別與權力。上課進度將視實際情況進行調整。 每主題單元首先由教師講述背景知識引導思考,再由學生選擇有興趣的主題導讀指定閱讀文獻,延伸討論。每單元結束後繳交一份1500字的閱讀筆記+課後反思與評論(自行選擇三個主題),並帶到課堂中與同學一起分享討論。期末繳交一份5000字的期末報告。 本課程重視扎實的文獻閱讀與深度討論,適合喜歡挑戰理論與批判思考的同學選讀。
教學方式
1.培養學生對健康照護相關議題之規範倫理與價值基礎的批判思考能力。 2.透過深度閱讀與討論研究文獻,以及嚴謹的哲學思辨方式,培養學生理解、分析與論述能力。 3.培養學生提出研究問題、發展理論架構,與撰寫學術研究論文的能力。
