急重症實證醫療照護

實行方法是藉由有系統的資料搜尋、評估與使用,經由網際網路與電子資料庫的運用,經過臨床專家審視與評斷其各種臨床上應用的適應性、正確性及可行性,以作為未來科學性急重症醫療決策的依據。所探討各相關主題,包括:證據尋找、臨床診斷與篩選、治療、預後、傷害之評估、臨床研究評讀、實證決策暨實例探討等內容。Throughout the standard format of searching method from internet resource and evaluation process, we can learn and judge which of the scientific studies could be applied in a properly, accurately, and feasibly way in clinical practice. The learning topics included searching evidence, the practice of clinical diagnosis and screening test, the application of therapeutic modality, the prevention of harm, and the assessment of outcomes in the fields of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. Besides, the critical appraisal of scientific paper and case-based discussion process will be implemented.

增進研究生能深入了解有關急重症實證醫學常見課程與執行的方法,針對病患問題在各種不同的臨床環境與個人價值下,做最適當的診治模式,並評估其療效,以改進醫療品質及資源運用。To provide the understanding of evidence-based medicine curriculum and practicing in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine for the learner, we formulate the patient’s question, accompanied by different practicing conditions to facilitate student in application of the EMB for daily clinical practice.
