概述

此課程主要為進階安寧療護之介紹與練習,學生能了解安寧療護之發展,典範與方法論,進而能運用安寧緩和療護照護方法練習收集資料,分析資料及批判思考,期使學生能有執行安寧療護之專題經驗。課程內容包含:安寧緩和療護概念、典範、照護、技術、預立自主醫療決策、倫理議題等,安寧療護相關研究之收集資料,分析資料,嚴謹度,批判,撰寫等。 1.識別安寧緩和療護科學研究範疇的理論基礎及其重要概念。(C341) 2.關注特定族群主觀意識議題之具體行動。(D241,D341) 3.從思維形成及省思照護對象之健康需求暨議題。(C341) 4.討論執行安寧緩和療護過程的相關議題。(H241) 5.運用批判性思維評析研究報告(J141) 6.引導同儕討論特定族群議題(F341)。 7.完成相關議題之專題撰寫(J341)

教學方式

引導式教學:學生事先預習準備教材內容,口頭報告,於課室導讀與討論(克盡職責、溝通合作、專業領導) 護理或訪談過程資料實錄:經由一對一討論,課室演練分析 提升洞察力、溝通能力、反應、敏感力、提升自省能力(關懷 批判性思考) 實際執行安寧療護專題(護理專題 關懷 護理技能 批判性思考 國際視野) – 專題問題 – 專題指引 – 實際訪談 – 分析資料 – 專題口頭及書面報告 – 鼓勵國際研習會會期刊發表 – 學期口頭及書面報告:增加學理與實務組織統整能力。 (自主學習及批判思考) – 課室分享及討論(自主學習) – 提供專業presentation及統整的練習(自主學習及批判思考) – 給予心理支持與鼓勵(關懷) – 評值(批判性思考)

評分方式

1. Class participation 10% Demonstrate your participation in discussion, Raise critical questions, and preparation prior to the class by reading class materials. Successful session will be the responsibility of each student. 2. Prepared presentation in seminar topics. 20% Select seminar topics of interest and conduct discussion in the class. Discuss with instructor about the preparation of the materials at least one month prior to the presentation. Emphases are on raising issues and generating critical discussion. 3. Presentation 20% Conduct interviews with 1-2 informants and analyze the transcribed data. Reflect on the process of data collection. Based on the preliminary data analysis, please propose structural questions. 4. Research study oral presentation. 30% Select a specific nursing phenomenon of your interest and apply a specific method to write up a proposal. Justification of a specific needs to be clearly identified.Should be discussed for its appropriateness. 5. Written project (deadline 12/30/2022) 20%
