標靶核種放射治療是一種不斷發展和有前景的癌症治療方式。使用生物載體和適當的放射性核種可以殺死癌細胞。這種方法的許多優點之一是它在將輻射傳遞到目標方面的選擇性、相對不太嚴重和不常見的副作用,以及在治療前評估腫瘤吸收的可能性。目前,多種不同的給藥途徑和靶向機制正在使用幾種不同的放射性藥物。本課程旨在簡要回顧標靶核種放射治療的當前臨床狀況和挑戰,並概述用於此目的的放射性核種治療的優缺點。 Targeted radionuclide therapy is an evolving and promising modality of cancer treatment. The killing of cancer cells is achieved with the use of biological vectors and appropriate radionuclides. Among the many advantages of this approach are its selectiveness in delivering the radiation to the target, relatively less severe and infrequent side effects, and the possibility of assessing the uptake by the tumor prior to the therapy. Several different radiopharmaceuticals are currently being used by various administration routes and targeting mechanisms. This class aims to briefly review the current clinical status and challenges in targeted radionuclide therapy as well as to outline the advantages and disadvantages of radionuclides used for this purpose.
