臨床實證措施應用與評值

Course Description The students in this course will use the advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop strategies to solve the problem. In addition, this course is designed to develop and evaluate a practical, feasible and evidence-based translation intervention for specific population in various setting. The students will be able to execute action plan, implement the intervention and identify practice measures and outcome measures of the health care project across various settings and across professions. In addition, plan for monitoring objective accomplishment, data analysis and sustainability will be conducted. Course Objectives 1. Integrate scientific knowledge and techniques into interprofessional approaches to health care delivery. 2. Evaluate the evidence-based care in the current health care environment. 3. Identify practice measures and outcome measures of health care intervention. 4. Understand the structural and economic aspects that affect the quality of health care delivery system. 5. Apply leadership, communication and advocacy skills in the development of collaborative, interprofessional patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. 6. Evaluate the effects of health care delivery in the design, implementation, and evaluation of care. 7. Analyze science of health care delivery, quality and safety into a healthcare delivery improvement project. 8. Develop plan of suitability for long term goal.
