課程概要: 心智包括你的內在感受、喜怒哀樂、意識形態、想像思考等。這些看似個人、內在的心理現象和活動,卻容易受到外在環境影響,甚至受到他者有心或無心的操控。本課程將分為三個單元:第一單元探討心智的運作與結構,探討議題包括:我們如何理解世界?信念系統的結構為何?為何我們常犯某些思考上的錯誤?第二單元則探討與心智相關的價值,包括「理性」(rationality)、「自主性」(autonomy)、「認知自由」(cognitive liberty)和其他哲學知識論所探討的德性 (virtues)。第三單元則將前兩單元的學習內容,應用於探討當前的重要議題:我們是否有用迷幻藥或神經科技改變意識經驗的權利?陰謀論、假消息和認知戰如何影響我們認知世界的方式?AI 科技能夠如何增強我們的認知和思考能力? 課程目標: 1. 了解從心智哲學與應用倫理學觀點,如何看待人類認知運作、關於心智的價值判斷、以及生活中的議題應用,並熟悉這些議題的理論探討與分析。 2. 透過心智哲學與應用倫理學的討論,訓練概念分析和理論運用的能力。 3. 將學習的概念和理論以及分析能力應用在反思自身的思考、決策和行為。
本課程不預設任何背景基礎。
