在課程中提供分析化學的知識、背景及重要的基本原理,並搭配實機講解使同學熟悉分析化學的背景知識與儀器設計及操作. 另外, 在取得樣品時,懂得如何應用所習得的知識選擇適當的儀器進行量測,以及在取得量測數據後,如何進行分析與評估. 在課程主題部分包含統計學、資料處理分析、酸鹼滴定、錯合物滴定、氧化還原滴定、光譜學(包含旋光光譜)、層析法、熱分析、電化學與顯微影像技術,並針對生物分子分析技術之進行介紹. The course is divided into two semesters, including basic theory of analytical chemistry and instrumental sensing methods. This course will introduce fundamental concepts of analytical chemistry focusing on the approaches relevant to measurements in biochemistry. Topics include error analysis, statistical treatment of data, acid-base chemistry, titrations, spectroscopy, thermal analysis, chromatography and electrochemical analysis.
