The course introduces the basic concepts and methods of mathematic modeling, prediction and analysis, as well as the intelligent computation and applications of computational biology. Some case studies of biological medicien applications are used to illustrate the modeling and prediction technologies. Students can learn and understand the course through step by step homework and a term project.
