概述

Studying the methods and concepts of structural bioinformatics: 1. Study the basic elements of bioinformatics: algorithms, scoring function, and databases 2. study sequence-structure-function-network relationships 3. study basic concepts of AI (machine learning approachs, such as neural networks, deep learning, and random forest)
