本課程教授物流與供應鏈管理系統的架構,並聚焦於「進向與作業物流」(Inbound and Operations Logistics),學生將學習需求規劃、長期生產/作業物流管理(生產規劃及主排程規劃)、中期生產/作業物流管理(物料需求規劃與產能規劃)、短期生產/作業物流管理(現場控制系統、工單檢閱與發放)、作業流程分析與資源管理及進向物流管理(採購管理及外包管理)。教授內容並配合進向與作業物流企業流程之介紹,並強化學生實務情境的配合學習。 We would like to introduce the framework of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in this course. Especially, we will focus on the Inbound and Operations Logistics. The students are expected to learn the long-run production/operations logistics management (production/operations planning and master production schedule), the middle-run production/operations logistics management (material requirement planning and capacity requirement planning), the short-run production/operations logistics management (shop-floor control, order release and operations scheduling), and Inbound Logistics (procurement management and subcontract management). Also, we will use the business processes of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system to introduce the practice of production/operations logistics and inbound logistics.
管理學 Fundamentals of Management
* 關於分組的規定: 1. 作業部分採「分組繳交及評量」,每一分組人數最多5人(預計全班共分7組)。。 2. 分組名單請在9/29之前,以email通知助教最多5人的分組名單。
* 教學要點概述(請填寫教材編選、教學方法、評量方法、教學資源、教學相關配合事項等): 1. 建立理論基礎:本課程將介紹「進向與作業物流」的理論與相關規劃程序,使學生瞭解需求規劃、生產/作業中期與長期規劃的運算與原理及作業現場(短期)控制系統架構。 2. 配合實務需求:本課程將介紹「進向與作業物流」之整合架構,探討ERP資訊系統對應之企業流程與控制管理實務。 * 學生成績評量的方式如下: 1. 出席與課堂參與 5% 2. 作業 15% 3. 期中考40% (closed book) 【實體考試】 4. 期末考40% (closed book) 【實體考試】 * 關於出席與課堂參與的規定: 1. 依照學校這學期的規定,實體上課課程若有學生屬於檢疫、確診及居家隔離等情況無法到課者,請學生聯繫助教(吳偉弘,信箱:ericms159.mg11@nycu.edu.tw)提供線上上課的會議連結。 2. 如果沒有在當天開始上課的前15分鐘進教室上課(防疫請假者上線進會議室),則視為缺席。每次缺席直接由總成績扣1%,扣完5%為止。 * 關於期中考與期末考的規定: 1. 期中考與期末考採【實體考試】的方式,考試的教室與座位表將事先運用E3系統公布。考試時考生僅可攜帶鉛筆盒及一般工程型計算機;其他紙張、課本、筆記、手機及翻譯機等,請勿放置於桌面。 2. 檢疫、確診及居家隔離等情況無法參加期中考與期末考的【實體考試】,必須在考試前先向授課教師提出證明報備,始得申請補考。
