科技創業與領導

This course introduces students to the theory, practice, issues, and research in technology entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership. Students will be exposed to the concepts, theoretical foundations, strategies, organizational structure, issues related to the leading of an entrepreneurial venture. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to define entrepreneurial leadership, articulate theories, issues, and practices in entrepreneurial leadership; and construct a report related to the leadership in a startup company. The course includes lectures, case studies, seminars, in-class discussion and exercises, workshops, readings, presentations, and project writing.

1學期作業 Students are required to actively participating in in-class discussion and writing reflective homework after some classes. Students are also required to submit and present a mid-term report in the middle of the semester, and a final group report and present the report before the end of the semester. 2.考試狀況 The is no examination in this course. 3.評量方法 Class participation (20%), Mid-term presentation (30%), Final report and presentation (50%)
