物理(一)榮譽班

The pedagogical elements of the first three parts of the designated textbook contain the following listed topics all will be covered so as to provide students consolidate knowledge and problem-solving skills in due aspects which is necessary for various and continuing advanced courses both in sciences and engineering departments: 1. Mechanics – linear and angular kinematics and dynamics, momentums and mechanical energies, fluid mechanics. 2. Oscillations and Mechanical Waves – oscillatory motion, wave motion, properties of waves. 3. Thermodynamics – Heat and Laws of thermodynamics, Kinetic theory of Gases.

High school Physics and Mathematics (including elementary calculus preferable) are required for college Physics in general.

Class room slide presentation, blackboard derivation and narration. Problem solving and discussion be carried out separately in recitation class.
