本課程目標為使修課學生瞭解目前光電科技之原理與相關應用,以及各類型光電元件與材料製備與特性分析等核心基礎能力。並搭配實作課程包含LED、半導體雷射、光檢測器等元件量測教學示範實驗,可搭配光電實驗課程之VirtualBench五合一量測設備與國家儀器NI出版之LabView軟體編寫量測設備人機操作介面進行元件特性量測實作教學,以及Keysight B2912B雙通道精密電源電表等全院共同核心教學設備進行實驗演示,培養學生動手實作能力以及開發各項光電創意應用模組或應用程式。 The objective of this course is introducing the evolution and latest progress of photonic technologies and stimulating the motivation of devoting in the research and development of state-of-the-art optoelectronics related science and technology.
需具備普通物理基礎Fundamental Physics
以講演為主,每週3小時並搭配實作課程與實驗演示供學生理解講授內容。This course includes 14 lectures and midterm and final exams. Students who participate in this course will be asked to prepare one photonics related topics oral presentation with a written report. Some hands-on demonstrations will be given during the semester. All necessary information will be available on E3 website.
成績計算:總分100分,超過100分以一百分計算 1. 作業與隨堂測試(4次):5×4=20 2. 報告(每學期2次):15×2=30 3. 期中考試:20 (日期配合學校行事曆時程) 4. 期末考試:30 (日期配合學校行事曆時程) 1. Homework+quiz:4times:20% 2. Oral presentation:15%+Written Report:15% 3. Midterm exam:20% 4. Final exam:30%
