臨床鏡檢學實驗

課程概述: 本課程著重於臨床檢驗室中常見體液樣本(如尿液、糞便、胸腹水、精液、腦脊髓液等)的基本檢驗流程、原理與臨床意義,並結合顯微鏡操作、儀器保養與自動化檢驗系統的實務訓練。透過實體操作與案例導向學習,培養學生在臨床檢體處理與檢驗判讀方面的專業技能。 課程目標: 1. 熟悉各類臨床體液(如尿液、糞便、體腔液、腦脊髓液等)的採檢、保存與檢驗流程。 2. 掌握顯微鏡使用與基本維護保養技巧,提升檢體觀察的準確度與效率。 3. 了解實驗室自動化系統(Total Lab Automation)的設計理念與臨床應用。 4. 能進行常見檢驗項目如尿液常規、糞便寄生蟲檢查、精液分析、CSF 電泳等操作與判讀。 5. 建立臨床檢驗品質控制概念,強化專業倫理與操作安全意識。 Course Description: This course focuses on the fundamental procedures, principles, and clinical relevance of testing common body fluids in clinical laboratories, such as urine, stool, serous fluids, semen, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). It combines hands-on training in microscopy, instrument maintenance, and automated diagnostic systems. Through practical sessions and case-based learning, students will develop professional skills in specimen processing and result interpretation. Course Objectives: 1. Become familiar with the collection, preservation, and analytical procedures of various clinical body fluids, including urine, stool, serous fluids, and CSF. 2. Acquire skills in microscope operation and basic maintenance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of specimen observation. 3. Understand the design and clinical applications of Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) systems. 4. Perform and interpret routine tests such as urinalysis, stool parasite examination, semen analysis, and CSF electrophoresis. 5. Build awareness of quality control in clinical testing, and reinforce professional ethics and safety practices.
