課程概述: 本課程結合理論講授與實作訓練,介紹臨床微生物實驗室常見的檢體處理流程、細菌鑑定技術、抗生素敏感性測試,以及病毒檢驗方法。 課程目標: 1. 瞭解臨床常見檢體(如血液、膿液、尿液等)的收集、運送與前處理流程。 2. 熟悉常見細菌的分離培養、染色技術及初步鑑定方法。 3. 執行抗生素藥敏試驗並解讀結果,以支援臨床治療決策。 4. 學習病毒檢測相關技術之原理與操作流程。 5. 強化學生在臨床微生物診斷的批判思維與團隊合作能力,並透過 panel discussion 增進實務整合與表達技巧。 Course Description: This course integrates theoretical instruction with practical training to introduce students to key clinical microbiology laboratory procedures. Topics include specimen handling, bacterial identification techniques, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and viral detection methods commonly used in clinical diagnostics. Course Objectives: 1. Understand the collection, transportation, and preprocessing of common clinical specimens such as blood, pus, and urine. 2. Become familiar with the isolation, cultivation, staining, and preliminary identification of common bacteria. 3. Perform antimicrobial susceptibility testing and interpret results to support clinical decision-making. 4. Learn the principles and procedures of various viral detection techniques. 5. Strengthen critical thinking and teamwork in clinical microbiology diagnostics, and enhance practical integration and communication skills through panel discussions.
