1. 臨床肌肉骨骼物理治療臨床評估,包含上肢與下肢問題之患者各一位 2. 完成完整病歷書寫包含紀錄臨床評估結果,物理治療診斷及治療計畫。 3. 病例報告討論,包含評估與檢查的結果,其他影像檢查報告,物理治療診斷與治療計畫 1. Complete a medical chart to document evaluation results, physical therapy diagnosis and treatment plans. 3. Case discussion: presenting the results of assessment and evaluation, other laboratory tests, physical therapy diagnosis and plans of treatment

本課程設計在於搭配肌肉骨骼物理治療(I)課程,統合應用理論與實作技巧於臨床肌肉骨骼疾病評估與處置。授課方式包括三部分:課堂講解、臨床患者見習評估及病例報告討論。學生需至臨床場域進行病例評估,內容需包括完成一位上肢、一位下肢相關肌肉骨骼患者之評估與計畫處置,並完成病歷撰寫。評估與處置內容需包括病患衛教、人因評估、姿勢與步態評估訓練等。亦需附上患者之實驗診斷學檢查報告、影像學資料及用藥狀況報告。 This course is designed to bridge the knowledge learned in the Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy (I) course with real-case practice in clinical settings. The course will feature didactic lectures, real-patient evaluation and case discussions that will help the students integrate theory and practice as well as gaining entry-level clinical experiences. Students will go to the clinical site to conduct client assessment on a routine schedule. The requirement will be for students to conduct evaluation for two patients with musculoskeletal disorders (one with upper-extremity problems, and one with lower-extremity problem). Full chart writing will be also required for each patient. Patient education, ergonomic evaluation, assessment and training for posture and/or gait need to be planned and documented. The patient's data from laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and medication information must also be included in each patient’s report.
