臨床見習(四)

1.臨床神經物理治療評估與處置,包含創傷性腦傷、脊髓損傷及其他神經疾病與損傷,例如帕金森氏症、罕見神經疾病、腦部腫瘤等等患者 2.臨床呼吸循環系統評估與處置,包含心臟及肺臟問題之患者 3.臨床兒童神經系統疾患物理治療評估與處置,例如腦性麻痺、臂神經叢損傷、脊柱裂、頭部創傷、發展性協調障礙、智能缺損等 4.病例報告討論,包含評估與檢查的結果,其他影像檢查報告,物理治療診斷與設計的治療 1.Clinical neurological evaluation and intervention, including patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurological disorders (basal ganglia disorder, rare neurological disorder, brain tumor and post neurosurgery). 2.Clinical cardiopulmonary evaluation and intervention, including patients with cardiac or pulmonary problems. 3.Clinical pediatric evaluation and intervention for children with neurological disorders, including cerebral palsy, brachial plexus injury, spinal bifida, acquired brain injury, developmental coordination disorder, or intellectual impairment. 4.Case discussion: presenting the results of assessment and evaluation, other laboratory tests, physical therapy diagnosis and plans of treatment

本課程設計在於搭配神經物理治療學(II)、呼吸循環物理治療學(II)、兒童物理治療學(II)等三門專業課程,統合應用理論與實作技巧於臨床神經、小兒及呼吸循環的評估與處置。授課方式包括二部分:臨床患者見習評估及病例報告討論。學生需至臨床現場進行病例評估,內容需包括完成神經、小兒及呼吸循環各兩位患者之評估與處置計畫,並完成病歷撰寫。評估與處置內容需包括病患衛教、人因評估、姿勢轉位、移動與步態評估訓練等需要記錄之。亦需附上患者之實驗診斷學檢查報告、影像學資料及用藥狀況報告。 This course is designed to bridge the knowledge learned in the courses of Neurological Physical Therapy (II), Pediatric Physical Therapy (II) and Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy (II) with real-case practice in clinical settings. The course will feature clinical patient management and case discussions that will help the students in integrating theory and practice as well as gaining entry-level clinical experiences. Students will go to the clinical site to conduct client assessment and treatment on a routine basis. The requirement will be for students to assess and treat three patients (two patients for each course). Full chart writing will be also required for each patient. Patient education, ergonomic evaluation, assessment and training for posture, locomotion and/or gait need to be practiced and documented. The patient's data from laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and medication information must also be included in each patient’s report.
