概述

一. 課程概述: 本課程著重「家庭為中心、社區為導向」護理,影響婦女、兒童及家庭健康的生理、心理、社會、及環境相關因素,針對各發展週期之家庭,強化學生建構家庭系統的概念與培養家庭護理技能,以增進家庭護理之能力,應用於有健康照護需求的婦女、兒童及其家庭。學生能依據家庭理論與概念分析護理現象/問題,並應用家庭護理實務原理與原則,適當地針對婦女、兒童及其家庭之健康需求或問題提供護理照護,並評值結果。 二. 課程目標: 1. 強化學生系統性思考之能力及了解各發展週期之家庭系統動態。 2. 增進學生家庭評估、及關懷家庭各層面之多向度的護理現象與問題得的能力,應用於婦女、兒童及其家庭之健康議題。 3. 增進學生了解家庭護理功能之原則及其脈絡,應用於婦女、兒童及其家庭之急、慢性健康問題。 4. 增進學生連結婦女、兒童及其家庭健康之生理、心理、社會、及環境相關因素之動態機轉,發展有理論與實證依據之護理計畫,並應用家庭護理實務模式提供個案整體及連續的照護。
