本課程介紹生物感測器的基本原理和構造,說明不同類型生物辨識分子的使用時機與修飾方法,及目前生物感測器在醫學、環境分析中的應用,期望學生能依實際應用需求進行生物感測器的設計。 This course will introduce students with the fundamental principles and components of biosensors, the properties and immobilization methods of different biomolecules, and the applications of biosensors in medical and environmental analysis. Students will be able to develop biosensors for the needs in practical applications.
對生物及化學跨領域應用感興趣。
課程以投影片為主,相關影片為輔。
