The students in this course will use the advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop strategies to solve the problem. In addition, this course is designed to develop and evaluate a practical, feasible and evidence-based translation intervention for specific population in various setting. The students will be able to execute action plan, implement the intervention and identify practice measures and outcome measures of the health care project across various settings and across professions. In addition, plan for monitoring objective accomplishment, data analysis and sustainability will be conducted.
