1. 信號處理: 連續時間(continuous time)及離散時間(discrete time)信號處理, 時域到頻域轉換的信號處理, 電路實現. 2. 混合信號電路: 基本取樣電路(sample and hold), 開關電容電路(switched-capacitor circuits), 類比數位轉換器(analog-to-digital converters, ADC), 數位類比轉換器(digital-to-analog converter, DAC). 3. 開關電容濾波器 (switched-capacitor filter). 4. 混合信號電路, 組成的基本單元電路及理想電路模型: Opamp, comparator, switch, logic gate. 5. IC製程簡介, 電路元件非理想性, 校正電路. 6. 單元電路設計與非理想性的模型(macro model): opamp 概述, comparator 設計, switch 設計與非理想性. 7. 基本類比數位轉換器 (ADC) 原理與設計: Flash, pipelined, ADC, Delta Sigma ADC. 8. 設計工具的使用: Matlab/Simulink, Cadence, Spectre/HSPICE. 9. 期末專題: 利用理想電路模型(marco model), 設計一個完整的ADC.
電子學一, 電子學二, 邏輯設計, 信號與系統
1. 以課堂講授, 配合Matlab/Simulink 以及 Cadence/HSPICE實作為主. 2. 課程開始會註冊 TSRI 帳號, 使用 Cadence/HSPICE 電路設計軟體.
