概述
本課程包括基本的表面科學與表面工程,讓同學學習表面科學的基本原理並應用到生醫光電領域。
先修科目
普通物理及普通化學
教學方式
上課使用投影機教學,同學向助教登記講義。
評分方式
二次考試佔90%,點名佔10%。

- Basic Introduction, Surface Structures, Adsorption of Molecules on Surfaces, The Langmuir Isotherm, UHV & Effects of Gas Pressure, Vacuum pump, Introduction to Surface and Colloid Chemistry/Examples of Colloidal Particles, Interaction Forces/ Surface Tension, Electrostatic Forces and Electrical Double Layer, Langmuir-Blodgett Techniques, Self-Assembly Techniques, Supramolecular Chemistry, Wafer Surface Cleaning and Polishing /Oxidation and Diffusion, Surface Science for Nature and Industry
