腦與行為區段,強調臨床神經科學知識。 該區段為醫學生提供了通往臨床實踐的橋樑。 該課程將整合所有類型的腦部疾病,即神經系統疾病和精神疾病,包括藥理學,臨床神經病學,精神病學,神經外科,神經影像學和神經復健。 四年制醫學生將花費五個星期來完成本課程。設計上 將大講堂的課程減少,以問題導向學習法的病例討論整合所有知識。 一、 了解如何從解剖,生理,藥理等神經科相關基礎醫學知識,轉譯到臨床神經學的運用。 二、 認識神經科相關疾病的病生理,診斷和治療。 三、 學習神經系統檢查方法與技術。 四、 認識腦電圖、肌電圖及其他特殊檢查(例如:神經放射線學,腦血管超音波檢查等) 的基本原理和臨床適應症。 五、 了解神經內外科合作整合醫療的運作方式和需要性。 六、 以問題學習導向病例討論的方式,培養自學及獨立解決問題的能力,訓練思考及表達成果的完整性。 七、 全人醫療:醫學倫理、醫事法律相關知識學習及病人安全、感染管制、醫療品質提升及全人醫療等知識探討。 八、 介紹神經醫學之發展趨勢及新治療方式,如基因診斷,基因治療,幹細胞治療等。 九、 閱讀神經科相關書籍,充實神經科學相關知識。
