課程概述: 本課程旨在為學生提供臨床實務的機會,學習醫學診斷中常用的分子檢測技術,其中包括臨床檢體處理 (如致病原及細胞核酸的萃取、反轉錄反應) 以及病毒偵測技術的操作和判讀 (如聚合酶連鎖反應、HLA分型、病毒載量等)。 This course aims to provide students with practical opportunities to learn commonly used molecular diagnostic techniques in clinical practice. It covers various aspects of clinical specimen processing, such as the extraction of pathogens and cellular nucleic acids, as well as the operation and interpretation of viral detection techniques including Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), HLA typing, and viral load analysis. 課程目標: 學生將學習正確掌握檢體處理技術的操作、全面了解反轉錄原理與應用,並獲得聚合酶連鎖反應、HLA分型及病毒載量偵測等技術的實務操作和判讀經驗。通過本實習課程,學生將深入了解臨床應用,並具備在分子診斷實驗室環境中工作所需的基本能力。 Students will learn the proper techniques for handling specimens, gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles and applications of reverse transcription, and acquire practical experience in performing techniques such as Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), HLA typing, and viral load detection, as well as interpreting the results. This internship will provide students with in-depth knowledge of clinical applications and equip them with the fundamental skills required to work in a molecular diagnostic laboratory environment.
