肌肉骨骼物理治療學實作(二)

本課程銜接三下肌肉骨骼物理治療學(一)課程內容,整合解剖生理學、病理學、肌動學、生物力學、骨科學、操作治療學、物理因子治療學、基礎物理治療學等專業知識,以期統合應用於臨床脊椎疾病之物理治療評估與處置。授課方式搭配臨床見習課程,整合為三部分:課堂講義講解、實地操作練習及臨床病例見習。授課內容包括頸椎、胸椎、腰椎疾病之物理治療、脊柱側彎物理治療、顳顎關節疾病之物理治療等。This course is designed to integrate the knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, movement science, biomechanics, orthopedics, manual therapy, physical agents, and fundamental physical therapy in order to apply to assessment and treatment of common orthopedic problems of the spine. Topics covered include the physical therapy assessment and interventions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Management of the temporomandibular disorders and scoliosis will also be covered. The course includes didactic lectures, hands-on training, and live case evaluation. This course will be integrated with Clinical Clerkship in Physical Therapy (III) to provide students opportunity for real-case practice in clinical settings.

學生在修習完本課程後,應具有以下能力: 1. 能了解脊椎物理治療之理論基礎、概念、與原則。 2. 能整合運用各種物理治療方法處理脊椎疾病、顳顎關節障礙以及脊柱側彎問題。 Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: 1. understand the theoretical basis, concepts and principles of evaluating and treating spinal disorders; 2. integrate and use various physical therapy methods to manage patients with orthopedic disorders and sports injuries of the spine, temporomandibular disorders, and scoliosis.
