概述

本課程主旨,在於學習個人身體、心理、精神病理、家庭、社會、文化等各層面與精神心理衛生護理之間的相關議題。課程的設計,首先介紹心理健康護理及其相關概念,與精神健康之間的關係;其次再針對個人、醫療文化與社會環境的各種情境,探討對個人精神、行為、生活及文化調適上的影響,以期增進個人適應及發展心理健康護理專業之內涵。 課程目標: 1. 認識精神心理健康相關的概念。 2. 分析社會環境與文化對個人、家庭之心理健康的影響。 3. 認識精神心理衛生護理的發展趨勢與照護策略。

教學方式

1. 認識精神心理健康相關的理論。 2. 學習自我在精神心理健康方面的成長與拓展。 3. 探討個人生活中各種挑戰及維持精神心理健康之道。 4. 瞭解社會環境與文化對個人與社區精神心理健康的影響。 5. 認識社區精神心理健康的發展趨勢與照護策略。 6. 認識社會變遷與全球永續發展目標對個人及精神心理健康的影響。

評分方式

Course evaluation & assignment: 1. Class participation 20% Demonstrate your preparation for the selected topics, participation in discussion, and raising critical questions. The successful session will be the responsibility of each student. 2. Class presentation 30% Conduct discussions in the class by selecting a topic related to psychiatric ethics in the class. Discuss with the instructor prior to the presentation. Major efforts are: (a) providing a sound introduction of a topic under study, (b) introducing the overview of the topic under study, (c) analyzing the assumptions, concepts, relationships, (d) critiquing systems of the topic under study, (e) identifying future development directions for the topic, (f) raising critical questions for discussion, (g) raising issues and generating critical discussion, (h) demonstrating the logical flow and organization of presentation, (i) closely complying with time frame. 3. Final written papers Due on (being discussed & ranges: 10-15 pages) 50% (Oral report: 20%;Written report: 30%) Preparing a final paper with the following foci: (a) providing a sound introduction of a topic, (b) introducing the overview of this particular topic, (c) analyzing the related concepts, relationships of this particular topic, (d) identifying the pros and cons or related issues of this particular topic, (e) suggesting future development directions for the topic under study, (f) adopting appropriate literature support for the paper, (g) demonstrating content comprehension, and (h) employing updated APA 6 Style for writing and reference list.
