本課程結合細胞生物、光學、影像分析、資訊探勘與計算細胞生物學的跨領域的課程,內容包括顯微鏡原理與應用,影像定量分析,顯微影像資訊探勘,細胞生理機制模擬。為了讓學生能親近與實際應用,課程中原理解說比較淺顯,比較著重應用的說明。本課程與影像核心設施和生科系合作,利用其一般螢光顯微鏡(Fluorescence microscopy)、共軛焦螢光顯微鏡(Confocal laser scanning Fluorescence microscopy)和內全反射螢光顯微鏡(Total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy),搭配每次正課內容,讓學生實際操作這些儀器,由動手做中學習現代顯微影像技術,增加對本課程內容的了解。This course combines cell biology, optics, image analysis, data mining, and computational cell biology to become a multi-discipline course. The content includes basic concepts and applications of light microscopy, quantitative image analysis, micrograph informatics, and simulation of cell biological phenomena. In order to make students familiar to practical applications. All concepts are very introductory, and the course focuses on applications. Besides lectures, this course will use imaging core of NYMU to operate some high end microscopy, including confocal microscopy, TIRFM and multiphoton microscopy.
具備基礎的生物學與光學的ㄓ
學習顯微影像技術的基本知識,及其在細胞生物的應用,最後實際操作儀器了解這些技術,希望完成本課程後能實際應用其未來生醫相關的學術研究或工作。1. Understand basic concepts of light microscopy anf its applications in cell biology. 2. Can operate phase contrast, fluorescence microscopy and confocal microscopy. 3. Can apply knowledge learned in this course in students' future work.
