This course teaches students to critically read, respond to, and write about literature. Course readings will cover a wide range of western literature to familiarize students with diverse literary genres, approaches, and techniques. This course will be conducted entirely in English.
Active participation is mandatory. No cell phones or electronic search devices are allowed during classroom discussions. Any sign of plagiarism will result in a 0 for the assignment. =========================================== The current syllabus is subject to change.
