概述

I will introduce several representative machine learning algorithms, such as linear models for classification and regression, dimensionality reduction methods, neural networks, ensemble methods, kernel methods, deep learning, convolutional neural networks, and transformers.

先修科目

Linear algebra, probability, calculus, programming (such as Python), and deep learning programming (such as PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow)

Four homework assignments: 72% (= 18% x 4) Final project: 28%
