The course intends to introduce basic numerical methods and programming for solving problems in general and quantum physics. The course is designed to be project-oriented. The suggested computation language is "Python". Tutorial for Python will be offered in the first few weeks of the class. Using English to instruct the course is possible as long as at least one of the students in the class have the wish. 本課程設計兼具"物理理論"及"計算實作",前者為目的,後者為工具。學習基本數值方法解決物理問題,對象為電物系大三以上及他系跨域學生。 課程中將採用Python語言程式為範例。本課程並非程式語言課程,更著重透過模擬加深物理觀念的理解。Python語言的優點為可使用許多現成數學模組,學生除可自行撰 寫程式也鼓勵適當使用現成程式模組。課堂中,研究生助教將協助解決程式語言課程 原則上每周一次3hr課程中,前1-2hr理論課,後1hr實作(可攜帶自己的電腦,或由系上提供借用)。
