概述

This course is an introductory course in lasers and ultrafast optics. The main purpose is for students to obtain a solid understanding of laser basic principles, be familiar with the operation of most common laser types and broaden their horizons on frontier laser technology.

先修科目

It would be helpful with a background in modern physics, electromagnetism, and optics.

1學期作業 Homework will be assigned at 2–3-week intervals. 於E3線上系統公布作業&繳交。 2.考試狀況 One mid-term exam and one final exam, principally more than 30% chose from the homework 3.評量方法 作業 (25%), 期中考(25%), 期中口頭報告(25%), 期末考(25%).
