This course is intended to be an introductory level course for solid state electronic semiconductor devices. In this course, the students will learn the basic concept of properties of semiconductor materials and the fundamental principle of semiconductor devices including junction, diode, bipolar junction transistor and MOSFETs. The course will primarily follow the content of the classical textbook " Solid State Electronic Devices" authored by Ben Streetman. The instructor will also add supporting materials for advanced concepts.
