概述
本課程介紹如何由智慧財產佈局之觀點來了解並帶動科技創新,本課程包含智慧財產權介紹、專利分析理論與實作、專利地圖製作、技術授權與鑑價..等。課程包含理論與實作面向,學生修習課程後可具備以證據力為基礎之專利分析、智財管理、以及技術佈局能力。
