Physics is ubiquitous. This course offers students the general concepts and principles in physics. It is a two-semester course. Physics(I) covers the topics of classical mechanics, oscillation and mechanical waves, and thermodynamics. Physics(II) contains electromagnetics, optics, and modern physics. Students will not only acquire the ability to solve physics-related problems but also perceive a clear picture of physics so that they can appreciate the beauty of physics.
There are total five exams for this course and the scheduled time for the exams is on Friday 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Please make sure that you can attend every exam before enrolling this course. Thanks.

5 Exams: 20% x 5 = 100% Class performance bonus: 3 points max. *Half of the exam questions are from the assigned homework. ** The 5 exams are held on Friday 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Details will be discussed in the first lecture.
