本課程首先將介紹基礎輻射物理,包括..原子及原子核的結構、放射性、輻射與物質的交互作用;接著介紹輻射測定術、輻射量測儀器與輻射生物效應;最後導入體外輻射防護、體內輻射防護與輻射安全指引等觀念。This course will first introduce the basic principle of radiation, including the atomic structure, radioactivity, and radiation interacting with materials. Then, it will discuss the issues of radiation dosimetry, radiation measurements, and radiobiology. Furthermore, we will introduce the concept of radiation safety guidance, external radiation protection, and internal radiation protection.
在放射科學的領域中輻射的使用是必須的,然而隨著放射醫療器材的普及,輻射對於健康威脅的重要性亦日趨增加,如何量化表示潛在危險度與評估輻射安全是絕對必要的。本課程將使同學了解ICRP對於保健物理的建議,並使同學具備輻射防護的相關知識。The use of radiation in the field of radiation technology is essential. As the number of radiological modalities grows, the healthcare issue to the radiation is increase as well. How to quantify the potential risk and evaluate the radiation safety is necessary.
