醫院評鑑的理論與實務

臺灣實施醫院評鑑多年,成為現職醫院醫療人員、行政人員及未來將從事醫務管理者最重要的課題之一,也引起社會的關心與討論,整個醫院評鑑的架構與內容,就是一部醫院管理學的基本綱領。本課程的目標是依衛福部醫院評鑑的架構,邀請相關領域具有實務經驗的專家現身說法,希望能讓同學了解醫院評鑑的背景、目標、演變、經營管理、臨床醫療、教學評鑑及醫學中心任務評鑑的主要內容,及實務準備經驗分享。李偉強教授曾擔任衛生福利部醫事司司長及醫策會執行長,並且多次實際負責醫院的評鑑準備工作,目前也是評鑑委員,同時擔任衛福部評鑑改革小組的委員。
